No. Curiosity, openness and a willingness to participate respectfully are enough.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
You should feel comfortable around water. The information pack explains water activities, support and equipment in more detail.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Many people choose sacred travel individually, and the small-group format creates natural opportunities for connection.
